In October 2023, Viola Davis shared a post from Ben Sheehan that encouraged people not to dehumanize Zionist settlers, and actively dehumanized Palestinians by referring to them immediately as "Gazans". The post, a piece of propaganda, discouraged followers from engaging in propaganda that explained why the Palestinian resistance launched Operation Al Aqsa Flood in an effort to liberate Palestinians. Davis also reposted propaganda from war criminal, Barack Obama, that stated "Israel has a right to defend its citizens against such wanton violence, and I fully support President Biden's call for the United States to support our long-time ally in going after Hamas". In 2025, Davis is starring in a film that portrays "American" politicians, settlers, and occupation forces as heroic, in an attempt to recruit Black viewers into the genocidal military.
