Steven Stalinsky is the executive director of the Middle East Media Research Institute. On February 2, 2024, the Wall Street Journal published an opinion piece penned by Stalinsky. The opinion piece states that "thousands march in support of Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran" regarding the pro-Palestine marches. He further states that "local Imams give fiery antisemitic sermons" during the pro-Palestine marches. His opinion piece is heavily Islamophobic, using commonly used phrasing that paints Islam as a "Jihadist religion."
