For the last quarter of the century, The Michael J. Fox Foundation has funded millions of dollars of Parkinson's research on occupied Palestinian land, as Palestinians are made sicker through displacement, starvation, dehydration, denial of medical treatment, bombings, shootings, and other Zionist-initiated social determinants of health. In 2003, Fox named a Zionist settler to his advisory board. In 2006, Fox expressed his gratitude to a training program for "pro-Israel activists", stating, "Disease is a non-partisan issue." By 2012, Biolsrael stated Fox's foundation, had given, "$6.5 million in investments in PD research in Israel to date". In 2015, he spoke at the Zionist Jewish United Fund dinner. In 2022, he led a gala at Ben-Gurion University Canada. In 2025, Fox accepted a medal of freedom from President Biden, who has approved upwards of 20 billion dollars in funds to the Zionist entity since the escalated genocide against Palestinians began in October 2023.
