In an article he published discussing Israel and Palestine, he completely downplays and sanitises the brutal, forceful and racist Israeli-occupation that not only denies Palestinian’s basic human rights and continuously violates international law but also completely ignores their active genocide and ongoing, systemic and targeted ethnic cleaning of Palestinians.

Mason's arguments have often served to try and minimise and deny international law violations enacted against Palestinians. His social media feeds consistently encompass - since debunked - Zionist propaganda and despite claiming to view Palestinians as humans, consistently dehumanises them by minimising and erasing their lived experiences under Israeli-occupation and blames it simply on ‘Hamas.’

In fact, he also attempts to justify the mass destruction of civilian infrastructure — from hospitals, homes and mosques to schools and churches — under the false claims they’re ALL used as Hamas HQs; despite evidence having proven otherwise repeatedly.

This isn’t entirely surprising as he refers to the Naqba as a war started by Palestinians and not the well-documented and verifiable heinous ethnic cleansing of hundreds and thousands of Palestinian natives.
