He is directly in control of Canada's immigration policies and procedures & approved a plan to accept 1000 applications for special travel visas for Gazans (updated to 5000 recently). Contrast that with the 800,000 visitor visas granted to Ukrainians fleeing war with Russia a year earlier. To date ZERO of the applicants under the Palestinian visa program have been admitted to Canada after many months of waiting. The shocking diaparity between the policies and procedures implemented by Mark Miller and his agency (the IRCC) for Ukraine and Palestine strongly support the conclusion that Mark Miller subscribes to the same settler colonial mindset and white supremascist ideologies as the rest of the Trudeau government. White European people escaping war (rightfully so) appear to hold a higher value than Palestinian people seeking to escape forced famine and genocide, aa evidenced by Canadian immigration policy under Mark Miller's control.
