In his opninion piece he asserts that Israel's actions do not amount to Genocide with no attempt to rationionalize that other than the justification that Israel could surely have caused much worse damage and civilian death if they chose to [sytematically exterminate people] given the disparity in military power between the two sides. In the same sentance he diminishes the value of Palestinian lives while defending the colonial ambitions and negating the legal responsibities of the occupying power. It is pure zionist propeganda attempting to provide political cover and moral ambuguity to yhe death of tens of thousands of occupied Palestinians.
