Chris Sankey wrote an opinion piece in one of Canada's national newspapers and went out of his way to counter the fact that Israel is a colonial settler project. He takes extreme exception with comparing the plight of the Palestinian people to Canada's indigenous people.
Chris Sankey is a former elected councillor of the Lax Kw Alaams Band, a businessman and a senior fellow at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute.

Mr. Sankey likens all anti-war and pro-palestinian activities to pro-hamas activities. He calls ALL acts of Paleatinian resistance terror campaigns. His bias in this piece is extreme and one sided. He decries people from his own indegenous community in Canada when they draw comparisons between the two indegenous peoples.
