In response to the Oct. 7th attacks, Brandi Carlile donated $50,000 via her organization Looking Out Foundation to The New Israel Fund, a US-based organization that "advances and protects liberal democracy in Israel". Brandi Carlile refers to the genocide as a "conflict", signed an open letter demanding organizations "to do everything within their power to get much-needed aid to the hostages", yet has not called for a ceasefire.
