b. Exact statement(s), image(s), or section(s) being challenged.
c. Clear explanation of why the content is inaccurate, unlawful, or defamatory.
d. Supporting evidence (documents, public records, or verifiable links).
e. Contact details of the requester and authority to act (if representing another party).
4. Review Standard
Requests are evaluated under an evidence-based standard, including: source reliability, context, public-interest factors, and the distinction between factual assertions and opinion/editorial framing.
5. Potential Outcomes
Depending on review results, we may:
a. Leave content unchanged.
b. Correct or clarify specific statements.
c. Add contextual/editorial notes.
d. Redact limited material.
e. Remove content where warranted.
6. Timing and Communications
We aim to acknowledge requests in a reasonable timeframe, but review duration varies by complexity, evidence quality, and queue volume. We do not guarantee a specific resolution timeline.
7. Abuse and Bad-Faith Requests
Repetitive, abusive, or bad-faith requests may be deprioritized or closed without further response.
8. Reservation of Rights
This policy does not waive any legal rights, protections, defenses, or editorial discretion available to Reverse Canary Mission and its operators under applicable law.
