The situation in the West Bank has reached a critical breaking point. According to recent UN and humanitarian data, as many as 600,000 Palestinians are now vulnerable to acute food insecurity, facing starvation as access to food supplies, movement and employment are increasingly restricted. At the same time, independent assessments find that 74% of households in the West Bank live below the minimum standard of living — not poverty as a condition, but poverty enforced through blockade, demolition, displacement and violence.
This is not a tragic by-product of war or conflict—it is a methodical campaign designed to degrade the lives of civilians, cut off their means of survival, and impose collective punishment. Families are stripped of dignity, children bear the brunt of this policy, and international support mechanisms are held at bay.
We cannot stand by silently. This is a crisis of justice and humanity. Demand immediate humanitarian access, transparent aid delivery, civilian protection, and an end to the occupation’s repressive and destructive tactics. Show up. Speak out. Act now.
