Michael Joukov, made this statement after 8 year old Basil Suleiman and 15 year old Abu Al-Wafa were shot and killed by the IDF in Jenin, West Bank for "allegedly" throwing rocks. Instead of holding the IOF accountable, he blamed the parents of the Basil Suleiman and Abu Al-Wafa for their childrens deaths. He deleted his tweet shortly after posting it.
